| Plano Party Animals has been in business since 2003 and is a mother-daughter partnership, run by Kim Rinkevich and her daughter, Baily Cox. Kim spent a few years working with some talented painters and developed skill as well as a love for the art of face painting. She made friends along the way and developed relationships with many different entertainers. Baily, began at 14 learning the art of face painting and has earned the role of team leader. Baily is a favorite among our repeat customers because of her sweet demeanor, friendly smile and beautiful art. |
